Our roots are in premium painting services: interior and exterior, feature walls, plastering and Gib stopping/fixing, dust-free sanding, and design-led finishes. We bring creative ideas, high-end materials and meticulous processes to every job, so the result looks fantastic and lasts.

Commercial & Construction Cleaning

Recognising a gap in the market for reliable, high-quality cleaning of offices, commercial premises, empty buildings and post-construction sites, we built a capable cleaning division. Whether it’s an office hand-over, builder clean, or a large commercial space, our trained team arrives ready to deliver a presentation-ready finish. We understand deadlines, site logistics, safety protocols and the expectations of project managers.

Managing the Whole Project — End to End

When you choose FSM Housing, you’re selecting a partner who can take ownership of the entire finishing phase of your project. Here’s how we do it:

  1. Initial Consultation – We meet with you (and in commercial/contractor cases your project manager or builder), assess the space or site, understand your timeline, budget and hand-over date.

  2. Tailored Proposal & Scope – You receive a detailed quote that covers painting, finishes and/or cleaning based on your project type. We clearly outline phases, materials, access requirements and special conditions.

  3. Schedule & Coordination – We coordinate our painting and cleaning teams to align with your project timeline. For construction projects, we liaise with trades, site managers and builders so our work slots in smoothly.

  4. Quality Execution – Our crews arrive on time, use high-quality materials and proven techniques, and carry the job through to completion. We monitor every phase so the finish — whether painting or clean-up — meets both our standards and yours.

  5. Final Inspection & Handover – For commercial/cleaning projects we provide a final inspection and ensure the site is presentation-ready. For painting jobs we walk you through the finish, get your sign-off, and handle minor touch-ups.

  6. Ongoing Support – We stand behind our work. If you need additional maintenance, touch-ups or periodic cleaning, we’re here with the same team, same quality.

Residential Care & Ongoing Support

(Residential Homeowners Only)

The FSM Care Plan

For residential homeowner projects, FSM Housing Ltd includes the FSM Care Plan as part of our premium residential service offering.

The Care Plan forms part of the agreed scope of work outlined in your quote and is designed to support the long-term performance of our workmanship through structured follow-up and accountability after project completion.

The FSM Care Plan is only applicable to residential homeowner projects and does not apply to:

  • Commercial projects

  • Builder or developer works

  • Body corporate or multi-unit managed properties

What the Care Plan Includes

As part of the premium residential service, the FSM Care Plan may include:

  • Scheduled post-completion inspections

  • Review of painted and finished areas within the original scope of work

  • Identification of potential workmanship-related defects

  • Preventative recommendations where relevant

  • Priority communication in relation to Care Plan matters

Where a valid workmanship-related defect is identified, FSM may, at its discretion and in accordance with the FSM Terms & Conditions, carry out remedial works at no additional cost.
