Offer applies to roof painting up to 250sqm.
Price: $6,500 + GST (paint included).
Includes:
Premium roof paint (customer’s colour choice – one standard colour included)
Spot priming where required
Waterblasting and light preparation
Safety harness for workers
Repointing and sealing cracks
Excludes:
Scaffolding and roof protectant rails for 2-storey houses (extra cost if required)
Full roof priming (available at extra cost)
Heavy rust treatment and damaged tile replacement
Additional specialty coatings (extra cost)
Price for roofs over 250sqm: $8,000–$10,000 + GST (depending on size and condition).
40% deposit required to confirm booking, balance due on completion.
Workmanship guarantee provided, subject to roof condition and proper maintenance.
Work must be carried out in safe conditions; rescheduling may be required at no extra charge.

Preparation of the surface
The preparation work is the main part of the process of painting, we will make sure your roof is clean, fixed, smooth and ready to receive the paint. We use high quality materials and procedures for a durable and great looking result.
Painting and project closeout
After getting the preparation ready, we will start with the painting process using the colors that you have previously selected. We always apply primer and a minimum of 2 coats, we can also apply a third one if it is necessary.
